This regulation has been prepared to regulate the principles regarding the establishment, operation, duties, powers and responsibilities of the committees and provincial groups created by the Tohumluk Social Solidarity, Education, Culture and Arts Foundation, and covers the individuals of the Tohumluk Foundation (Founders, General Assembly Members, Volunteers and Employees of the Tohumluk Foundation).
