Committee Operations
The Social Assistance Committee coordinates its activities primarily through its official WhatsApp group.
The Committee meets at least once each month at the invitation of the Committee Chair. Meeting dates and agendas are shared in advance with Committee members and the Board of Directors.
Minutes of each meeting are prepared by the Committee Secretary and distributed to Committee members and the Board of Directors.
Committee decisions are adopted by a majority vote of members present.
The Committee works to meet identified needs and requests from rural communities through financial or in-kind assistance. To ensure effective and sustainable support, it collaborates closely with the Board of Directors and other relevant committees in planning and implementing assistance programmes.
