Tohumluk Foundation Visits Bademler Art Village

İZMİR – On 8 August 2026, the Tohumluk Foundation visited Bademler Art Village, one of İzmir's distinguished centers for culture, arts, and creative production.

Joining the visit was Mine Gökbuget Erbek, a founding member of the Foundation, member of our Advisory Board, and an expert in Turkish traditional handicrafts. The visit provided an opportunity to learn more about Bademler's long-standing commitment to preserving local culture through art while exchanging ideas on the importance of cultural heritage and community engagement.

Recognized for bringing together traditional craftsmanship and contemporary artistic expression, Bademler Art Village has become an inspiring example of how local values can be preserved while creating opportunities for artistic production and cultural exchange. The visit reaffirmed the important role that art plays in strengthening communities, safeguarding cultural memory, and inspiring future generations.

Throughout the meeting, participants explored opportunities for future collaboration and discussed potential joint projects in the fields of culture, arts, and heritage preservation. Shared values regarding the protection of traditional crafts, the promotion of local culture, and broader public access to artistic experiences formed a strong foundation for future cooperation.
