Tohumluk Foundation İzmir Team Strengthens Partnerships for Culture and Education

İZMİR – The Tohumluk Foundation İzmir Team paid a series of courtesy visits to the İzmir Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism to strengthen cooperation in the fields of culture, arts, education, and community engagement.

As part of the program, the Foundation met with Dr. Sadık Doğruer, Director of the İzmir Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, on 17 August 2026, followed by a meeting with Elif Erginer, Deputy Director, on 20 August 2026.

The meetings provided an opportunity to exchange ideas on potential collaborations related to cultural heritage, arts, educational initiatives, volunteer engagement, and community development. Representatives of the Tohumluk Foundation introduced the Foundation's work in education, culture, arts, rural development, and social responsibility, while also discussing future projects that could be implemented together in İzmir.

At the Tohumluk Foundation, we believe that culture, art, and education are fundamental pillars of a strong and resilient society. Building partnerships among public institutions, local governments, universities, and civil society organizations is essential for creating sustainable projects with meaningful social impact.

The meetings reflected a shared commitment to preserving cultural heritage, expanding access to arts and culture, and developing initiatives that bring communities together through education and volunteerism.
