Art Became a Force for Good at the “Human and Nature” Exhibition

İSTANBUL - The “Human and Nature” Group Exhibition of Paintings and Sculpture, organized in support of Tohumluk Foundation, opened on 16 June 2026 at RosséArté Art Gallery in Tarabya, Istanbul, bringing together artists, supporters and friends of the Foundation for an inspiring celebration of art and social impact.



The opening ceremony was attended by the Foundation’s Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary General, members of the Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, volunteers, participating artists and numerous guests from the arts community. The event once again demonstrated the remarkable power of art to inspire positive social change.


Featuring approximately 50 paintings and sculptures created by 15 artists, the exhibition offers diverse interpretations of the relationship between humanity and nature. Through the universal language of art, the works explore themes of nature, life, transformation, hope, cultural heritage and the human experience, attracting considerable interest from visitors.


Curated by Ayla Gürkan Saraçlı, with Semra Sancak serving as Art Advisor and Sibel Başara as Exhibition Coordinator, the exhibition brings together artists from different generations and artistic disciplines around a shared vision. Participating artists include Ayla Gürkan Saraçlı, Jale Saraçoğlu, Adviye Bal, Songül Canerik, Peruze Hamurcu, Yasemin Cever, Günsu Saraçoğlu, Devrim Demiral, Yiğit Uzunefe, Ahmet Oğraş, Şule Agayar, Teymur Agalioğlu, Hülya Özel Ulusoy, Işın Karahan Yıldırım and Nihal Gürgen.


Their works offer thoughtful reflections on the timeless relationship between people and nature, exploring concepts such as life, transformation, hope, memory and coexistence through a rich variety of artistic expressions.


Beyond providing a space for artistic appreciation, the exhibition also supports Tohumluk Foundation’s educational, cultural, artistic and community development programmes. It stands as a meaningful example of how creativity, volunteerism and social responsibility can come together to generate lasting social benefit.


During the opening, participating artists and guests highlighted the important role of art in social transformation and emphasized the value of cultural production in creating sustainable positive impact for communities.


The “Human and Nature” Group Exhibition of Paintings and Sculpture remained open to visitors until 23 June 2026.
